Low Fat Secret Recipes



This recipe is only one of the low fat recipes featured in the "Low
Fat Recipe Secrets" cookbook.  This cookbook contains low fat
versions of all your favorite foods.

Stuffed red peppers-my own recipes

You need:
2 big red peppers for one person( 8 for 4ps), 6-7 tsp oil, 1 cup of coffee rice( bulghur or groats in English), 300 g minced meat, hot pepper, salt, savory, nutmeg.

Fry rice and minced meat. Mix with spices. Fill the peppers. Put warm water by 1/2. Sprinkle with oil. Bake in oven in 200oC for 1 hour .
My recipe is for 4 persons.
