Stuffed red peppers-my own recipes

You need:
2 big red peppers for one person( 8 for 4ps), 6-7 tsp oil, 1 cup of coffee rice( bulghur or groats in English), 300 g minced meat, hot pepper, salt, savory, nutmeg.

Fry rice and minced meat. Mix with spices. Fill the peppers. Put warm water by 1/2. Sprinkle with oil. Bake in oven in 200oC for 1 hour .
My recipe is for 4 persons.
