THE FIVE MOST RESPECTED AIRLINES

Despite the growing resentment against wandering price curve for plane tickets , some airlines do not lose the respect of customers even in times of crisis. Here are the top Five, according to the magazine "Fortune".
  • First are Delta Airlines , which make the leap from last year's third position. They managed to retain the confidence of passengers through the new services - such as an improved version of their application on the Internet, which now allows there to do just about anything related fields. They also introduced a policy accumulated frequent flyer miles can be transferred and not to lose.
  • Singapore Airlines , the Asian carrier, focused mainly on more creditworthy customers, is second. That the airline bet on luxury and comfort, they provide stable positions during the crisis.
  • At number three we find Southwest Airlines, which maintain stable policy since its inception and thereby win the confidence of passengers. One of the biggest advantages of the carrier is no fee to cancel or change the date of the flight, which is normal policy for most airlines.
  • It is not surprising that we find in the top five and Lufthansa . The carrier is planning many improvements in first class and the purchase of new aircraft. The opening of new lines existing is a matter of time.
  • Location number 5 is reserved for another European company - Air France . Relatively young fleet and flexible policy (particularly revealing was the reaction of the carrier to the problems in Japan) are part of the benefits of French aviation giant. A recent agreements with other airlines expanded the horizons of Air France to the United States and Italy.
